Physical Changes that occurs in Pregnancy
During pregnancy a woman's body undergoes many changes, some of them stressful and uncomfortable, throughout the first, second and third trimester, as follows:
First Trimester   -   1-12 weeks
  • No periods or light bleeding
  • Passing urine more frequently.
  • Bloating, cramps and backaches.
  • Morning sickness - bouts of nausea.

Second Trimester  -   12-28 weeks
